Whitemoor Lane’s Festive House With a Heart

A house on Whitemoor Lane in Belper has become a festive highlight after Lee and Trevor transformed their home into a Christmas display that is raising money for a local charity.

Their house is covered in lights and seasonal decorations, drawing families and evening walkers who stop to admire the display and take photos. What makes it special is the purpose behind it, with donations being collected throughout the festive period for Hope for Belper.

Hope for Belper supports people in the town who are facing food poverty and hardship, particularly during the winter months when demand increases. By opening up their home display to the public, Lee and Trevor have turned Christmas decoration into practical help for local residents.

Neighbours say Lee and Trevor’s house has quickly become a talking point on Whitemoor Lane, adding warmth and community spirit to the run up to Christmas. All money raised from the display goes directly to Hope for Belper to support its ongoing work across the town.
